Who we are
PARTNERS (by Kaplan Fund) is an app for managing shared expenses, tasks and shopping lists within groups.
What we collect
• Account details: name, email address and preferred language. • Content you add: groups, members, expenses, amounts, receipts and photos, task files, tasks and shopping items. • Optional location of an expense, only when you choose to add it. • Activity records of actions inside groups.
How we use it
Only to operate the app: showing your groups, calculating balances, and sharing group content with the members of that group. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Group content is visible only to members of that group. Uploaded files are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. The app administrator can access data when needed to operate and support the service.
Service providers
The app runs on cloud hosting and database services. An AI service is used to suggest a category for new shopping items (only the item name is sent). Invitations are shared through your own WhatsApp or email app.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your personal details are removed; past expenses in shared groups remain under "Deleted user" so other members' balances stay correct.
